About The Position

This role serves as a key enterprise leader within the Global Technology, Data and Analytics (GTDA) functions for driving the modernization agenda to achieve TransUnion’s revenue outcomes. This leader will also work closely with the Global Solutions, International, and GTDA International Markets Enablement teams to advance the global product delivery roadmap and report progress. This leader will champion the platform and product reuse deploying everywhere, limiting customizations and promoting the use of country-specific configurations, reducing complexity and risk. They will also establish and lead forward deployed engineering teams responsible for ensuring customers can implement TransUnion’s OneTru platform and products in their environments and identify additional revenue growth opportunities. This role reports to the EVP, Global Integrated Solutions Product Engineering and is accountable for modernizing TransUnion’s international portfolio on OneTru, our global solutions enablement platform. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Credit, Fraud, and Marketing domains as well as deep understanding of technologies including cloud, AI, DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, agile, etc. in order to achieve value realization through high performance and maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • 15+ years’ experience in enterprise strategy, transformation leadership, or business operations, ideally within technology or data-intensive industries.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and modernization programs; international platform and product delivery experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technology, product, and business acumen, bridging engineering and market organizations.
  • Experience delivering across multiple regulatory environments and geographies.
  • Proven ability to influence and align internal, customer and vendor C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of financial operations, technology strategy, transformation management, and talent development.
  • Track record managing large transformation budgets with strong financial and delivery discipline.
  • Ability to act with executive presence, strategic influence, and enterprise-level decision-making authority.
  • Experience building and leading blended, globally distributed delivery organizations, including forward-deployed engineering teams and regionally managed contractor workforces.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive innovation, shape culture, and lead complex change initiatives across functions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 15–20%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of regional portfolio on OneTru into all countries — accountable for scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and value.
  • Own country modernization programs end-to-end (UK, Canada, Mexico, Philippines, India, and beyond), transitioning each market’s data acquisition, batch fulfillment and online fulfillment data using OneTru.
  • Establish a repeatable implementation model, playbooks, and deployment standards, reusing proven assets from already-implemented markets to accelerate each rollout.
  • Translate engineering-built platform capability into production-ready solutions, partnering with Product and Engineering on solution readiness.
  • Enforce global standards while accommodating required local and regulatory differences, minimizing market-specific customization.
  • Lead the global implementation team, with senior delivery leaders reporting directly into the role.
  • Serve as Global Product Delivery’s spokesperson, representing the organization internally and externally with clear articulation of vision, strategy, brand, and commercial messaging.
  • Build, lead, and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team that embeds with markets to accelerate deployment and drive adoption of OneTru capabilities.
  • Establish the operating model for regionally managed local contractors, integrating them into the central team to scale in-country delivery capacity under global standards and governance.
  • Build and scale program delivery managers, and modernization teams across a globally distributed organization.
  • Own the global implementation budget; drive financial adherence and delivery discipline.
  • Establish governance, decision rights, RACI, and escalation frameworks, and report executive metrics on deployment velocity, adoption, modernization milestones, and delivery predictability.
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison across Global Technology Data and Analytics, Product, Engineering, and country and market leadership, building alignment on sequencing, funding, and modernization strategy.
  • Manage cross-market dependencies including security, and regulatory risks, ensuring implementation readiness across technology, business, operations, and compliance before each go-live.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements and maintain governance across financial management, reporting systems, and operational excellence
