About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Product Strategy and Roadmap, Client and Market Engagement, Delivery and Execution, Electronic Trading Capabilities, Data, Analytics, and Enablement, Risk, Controls, and Compliance, and Commercialization and Pricing. You will define and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap across e-trading, price/quote distribution, workflow automation, and post-trade services for fixed income. You will prioritize initiatives via data-backed business cases, balancing revenue growth, client experience, regulatory obligations, and operational resilience. You will establish clear KPIs and OKRs tied to electronic adoption, spread capture, hit rates, quote win rates, latency benchmarks, and client penetration. You will identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML use cases; partner with internal control teams to design, validate, and deploy models; establish responsible AI controls (explainability, bias mitigation, auditability); and translate AI insights into measurable improvements in desk workflows and KPIs. You will gather requirements through client meetings, proto-demos, and desk-side discovery; translate needs into actionable epics and user stories. You will track platform competitiveness vs. venues/SEFs/ECNs and dealer peers; identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate. You will lead cross-functional pods to ship high-quality releases: pricing/analytics, market data, order/risk, connectivity, Ops, and Compliance. You will own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness; ensure robust testing in UAT and production. You will drive integrations with external venues (RFQ/streaming), OMS/EMS, APIs, and post-trade systems (allocations, confirmations, settlements). You will scale auto-quote/auto-hedge engines, streaming quote management, axes, inventory signaling, and targeted client liquidity programs. You will partner with Quant/Tech teams on pricing models, signal generation, and algo behavior; monitor performance and guardrails. You will build dashboards for adoption, P&L attribution, and client behavior analytics; operationalize insights for Sales/Trading coverage. You will develop playbooks, training, and enablement for Sales and Client Executives to drive migration to electronic channels. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to meet regulatory standards (e.g., trade reporting, best execution, record-keeping). You will partner with desk heads and coverage teams on tiering, pricing, and commercial constructs for electronic channels. You will identify cross-sell opportunities across adjacent products and services; measure wallet share impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 8+ years of total work experience required within the financial services sector
