Jackson South is a 262-bed, full-service acute care hospital offering Level II trauma services, 24/7 emergency care, advanced surgical capabilities, and a broad range of specialties. Requirements

• A master's degree
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in complex, safety-net, or academic health systems
• A track record of leading high-acuity hospitals or academic medical centers
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability, resilience, and excellence
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities
