Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 10-14 years of software, data, or AI engineering experience using Python or Java.
- Extensive experience building and scaling production AI systems.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Agentic AI, RAG architectures, semantic technologies, platform engineering, or data engineering.
- Practical experience building and operationalizing agentic applications, MCP/A2A interoperability solutions, and automated quality assurance and validation processes.
- Proven record of technical leadership without requiring direct people management.
- Strong ability to influence executives, architects, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Driving architecture and design decisions for complex GenAI solutions, agentic systems, knowledge platforms, and data products.
- Leading the implementation of shared frameworks, reusable components, and engineering accelerators adopted across multiple delivery pods.
- Acting as the primary technical authority within your area of ownership, ensuring consistency of patterns and engineering excellence.
- Partnering with business & infrastructure stakeholders to define solution approaches and delivery roadmaps.
- Establishing best practices for observability, security, evaluation, governance, and operational readiness.
- Mentoring engineers and reviewing designs, code, and production readiness across teams.
- Hands-on architecture, prototyping, troubleshooting, and delivery of high-value AI capabilities.
