We're looking for a Senior VDC Engineer who wants more than coordination work - someone ready to lead digital delivery, influence clients, and shape how projects are built in the real world. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll own coordination workflows across complex projects - from early design through construction - while partnering with top-tier teams across the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across major commercial and infrastructure projects
• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on digital delivery strategy
• Turn complex models into real-world outcomes - improving constructability, speed, and clarity
• Elevate standards by introducing smarter workflows, automation, and AI-supported processes
• Mentor and influence teams while helping shape the future of VDC best practices
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving client expectations
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Continuously improve workflows, not just follow them
