About The Position

VIATechnik is looking for a Senior VDC Engineer to lead digital construction efforts. This role is client-facing and involves managing BIM and VDC practices on complex projects from design through construction. The ideal candidate will influence clients, shape project delivery, and partner with top-tier teams in the AEC industry. This is a remote role within the United States, requiring US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across major commercial and infrastructure projects
• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on digital delivery strategy
• Turn complex models into real-world outcomes, improving constructability, speed, and clarity
• Elevate standards by introducing smarter workflows, automation, and AI-supported processes
• Mentor and influence teams while helping shape the future of VDC best practices
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
