About The Position

The Senior Value Stream Manager will join the Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operations team and own the end-to-end performance and strategic direction of an assigned portfolio of product value streams. The role connects suppliers, manufacturing sites, sterilization, distribution, and commercial demand to improve supply continuity and service, expand gross margin, and shape the portfolio’s long-term operating model. The position is the primary Operations interface between the PVH Operating Unit, Global Operations and Supply Chain, internal manufacturing sites, and external manufacturing partners. It translates business priorities into an integrated five-year value-stream roadmap and brings cross-functional teams together to deliver outcomes for patients, customers, and the business. The role is based in Southern California or Tijuana, Mexico. Work is on-site four days per week, with less than 10% travel expected to support collaboration and project delivery. The successful candidate will have experience leading people, programs, or cross-functional teams; managing end-to-end supply, manufacturing, or product value streams; and translating strategy into multi-year roadmaps, initiatives, metrics, and governance. A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math and at least seven years of technical work experience, or an advanced degree in those fields and at least five years of technical experience, is required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply, manufacturing, or product value streams in a regulated or highly controlled environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem solving, risk mitigation, prioritization, and execution across multiple sites and functions.
  • Experience translating strategy into a multi-year roadmap, portfolio of initiatives, operating metrics, and governance.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including cost, inventory, capacity, and margin trade-offs.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively from working teams through senior and executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and business locations as required.

  • Build and govern a prioritized portfolio of cost-down, margin-expansion, capacity, reliability, inventory, and network-optimization initiatives, with owners, milestones, resources, and financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Lifecycle Management and Marketing on product rationalization, phase-in/phase-out, and discontinuation roadmaps while protecting customers and minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
