About The Position

This is a career-defining opportunity for the right person. Our client is a U.S.-based digital product innovation company that partners with healthcare organizations, startups, Fortune 500 companies, and industry innovators to build impactful software products that create meaningful business and user outcomes. Their work spans Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, healthcare innovation, product strategy, and startup incubation. Their products help organizations improve patient experiences, streamline operations, unlock new business opportunities, and bring innovative ideas to market. This role is heavily focused on UX design, product thinking, workflow design, and user experience strategy, not just visual design. On a typical week, you may be working with stakeholders to understand business requirements, mapping user journeys and workflows, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with engineers on product decisions, conducting usability reviews, and helping improve the overall user experience of complex digital products. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding users, solving business problems, simplifying complexity, and creating experiences that drive measurable outcomes. We are looking for a builder. A self-starter. A proactive problem solver. Someone who takes ownership and gets things done. You are naturally curious and enjoy asking questions to fully understand problems before designing solutions. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and figuring things out without needing constant direction. You take pride in producing high-quality work, communicating clearly, and driving projects forward. You enjoy collaborating with engineers, product leaders, founders, stakeholders, and clients to transform ideas into intuitive product experiences.
