This role is heavily focused on UX design, product thinking, workflow design, and user experience strategy, not just visual design. On a typical week, you may be working with stakeholders to understand business requirements, mapping user journeys and workflows, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with engineers on product decisions, conducting usability reviews, and helping improve the overall user experience of complex digital products. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding users, solving business problems, simplifying complexity, and creating experiences that drive measurable outcomes. We are looking for a builder.
