About The Position

This role involves contributing to UX strategy, designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. The designer will collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals. A key responsibility is maintaining and evolving the design system for scalable product design, while also advocating for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices. The designer will also partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields.
• Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX strategy development, collaborate with the UX Lead to refine and enhance user experience direction.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives.
• Work closely with a UX Researcher to interpret research insights and apply findings to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals.
• Ensure design system consistency, contributing to and evolving design system components for scalable product design.
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices throughout the design process.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of UX/UI designs.
