About The Position

This role is ideal for an experienced UX/UI Designer who thrives on solving complex problems through user-centered design. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of digital experiences across web, mobile, and app platforms, contributing to products that support users throughout their education journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging research, design systems, and best practices to deliver seamless, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience across web and mobile platforms.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated experience designing complex systems and delivering detailed design documentation.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services or education technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design efforts from concept through implementation across digital platforms.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs grounded in research insights.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries within Figma.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis, usability testing, and design validation (A/B testing, heuristics).
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
