As a Senior UX Researcher within our Enterprise UX Team , you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and team members and contributing to business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and synthesizing research to create actionable insights for the cross functional product development team. You will translate research data into powerful stories that help shape Target’s products. This role is a key partner to several functions including product managers, UX designers, engineers, data scientists, content designers, accessibility consultants, and site merchandisers. As one of the founding researchers on our newly formed Commercial Merchandising UX Research Team, y ou’ll be working on the product lifecycle experience to create a connected product & guest experience for Target’s Owned Brands. You will help evolv e Target’s digital experience supporting our vendor partners; shaping it with ease, simplicity and growth for businesses to sell their products with Target. You’ll use tried and true research methodologies utilizing human centered design thinking to deepen our understanding of vendors’ experience, needs, and pain points with a focus on the end-to-end experience. As part of a cross functional team, you will help develop new ways of how we onboard, engage, and support the products w e sell. As a member of the team, you will contribute to advancing the broader practice of UX at Target through influence, impact, and craft, while also educating cross-functional teams when needed.
