Senior UX Product Designer, Emerging Experiences

Target•Minneapolis, MN
•$98,000 - $176,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Target’s Global UX team includes design, content, research, and accessibility practitioners focused on improving and innovating digital experiences for Target’s guests, team members, and partners. The Emerging Experiences team explores future-forward guest experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, using immersive, high-fidelity storytelling and collaborating across product, engineering, brand, stores, and enterprise strategy to prototype future experiences. As a Senior UX Designer, you will translate guest insights, business opportunities, and system constraints into clear experience direction. You will work with cross-functional partners to identify pain points, map journeys and services, and align teams around human-centered solutions. The role combines design craft with systems thinking and supports more senior team members in framing and delivering connected guest experiences that scale across channels. The position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (“Flex for Your Day”) arrangement, depending on Target’s needs. Remote team members work full-time from home or another non-Target location, without a desk at a Target location, and may travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Hybrid team members may work remotely or onsite at a Target location depending on role, team, and daily tasks. Work duties must be performed within the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
