  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape feasible solutions and resolve ambiguity early in the design process.
  • Contribute to design systems, reusable patterns, and consistent experience standards across products.
  • Design with accessibility, usability, and inclusivity at the forefront of every experience.
  • Use AI tools to support ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and design iteration where appropriate.
  • Create AI-enabled experiences with clear decision points, understandable responses, and thoughtful exception handling.
  • Refine prompts and interactions to improve output quality, consistency, and usefulness.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, accessibility, ethics, and accuracy, while identifying where human review is necessary.
  • Design experiences that promote trust by balancing system confidence, user control, confirmation moments, and escalation paths.
  • Leverage AI-assisted research synthesis to accelerate learning while maintaining strong design judgment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX partners to deliver meaningful outcomes that improve everyday experiences.
