About The Position

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be a key leader in the D&D Merchandising portfolio. You'll contribute to a wide range of projects, leveraging your expertise across the full product design spectrum, from Product Design Strategy and Discovery Research, to Experience Concept Testing and detailed User Interface Design. This is a 6 month - 12 months opportunity working with D&AI. Our mission is to transform the way our business operates and deliver an ecosystem of connected AI tools, underpinning the businesses North Star ambitions. You will be integrated across cross-functional teams, working closely with Product Leaders, cross-functional teams and domain experts. You’ll be responsible for the design of systems that blend Agentic and Generative patterns natively into transformative workflow solutions for critical business functions (Pricing, Promotions and Ranging), putting our customers at the center of everything. You'll work with Endeavour squads, as well as partner “pods” in a fast moving and agile environment, utilising AI development and prototyping tools to scale design and concept testing. You'll leverage Agile and Human-Centred Design methodologies to build a deep understanding of user behavior and business strategic outcomes. Your collaborative approach will be essential in nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and growth within and beyond your teams. You will be able to work with a range of cross-functional partners and domain experts to identify and prioritise knowledge gaps, ensuring design solutions are practical, feasible, and impactful.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience working directly as a User Experience Designer.
  • A deep understanding of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design (HCD) is essential.
  • Must be confident and proactive within Agile environments, with the ability to translate research into impactful deliverables.
  • Experience with Design & Prototyping: Figma.
  • Collaboration & Whiteboarding using Lucid and Google Workspace.
  • User Research: Askable.
  • Project Management: JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience using AI to optimize design workflows, analyze user data, and build personalized experiences.
  • Ability to design systems that blend Agentic and Generative patterns into workflows.
  • A deep understanding of Data decisioning systems, specifically leveraging Agentic AI for automation while focusing on the generative explainability of those decisions.
  • Experience utilizing AI development and prototyping tools to scale design and concept testing.
  • Analyzing data from research and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Executing A/B tests, defining design hypotheses, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to structure content for seamless user flows.
  • Able to apply a holistic approach to the full service ecosystem.
