About The Position

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with 3-5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of component-based design, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and design systems. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences, creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs, prototypes, and design documentation. This role requires strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams, as well as experience working in Agile environments. Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, and service-support tools is essential.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Advanced expertise in Figma.
• Experience creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Strong understanding of component-based design, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, and service-support tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree required. Relevant UX Design experience may substitute for education.
