This role plans, directs, and organizes the operational activities of the branch following established policies and procedures. The Senior Universal Banker performs primary job functions including teller and/or platform duties, and assists with the supervision, training, and directing of branch personnel in all operational day-to-day activities. This position works closely with the Branch Sales Manager on various tasks including conducting reviews, processing EIM items, authorizing staff schedules, and reviewing accounts payable items. The role is also responsible for implementing the Branch Security Plan, reporting technology issues, and ensuring the accurate processing and/or reporting of various financial and operational items. Additionally, the Senior Universal Banker collaborates with Branch Operations Administration on training and compliance, resolves customer complaints, conducts branch audits, and approves supply requisitions.
