Senior Universal Banker
About The Position
Responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring the customer’s needs are met by evaluating and recommending the most appropriate bank products and services. Position will require sales skills. Responsible for processing teller transactions, CSR functions and consumer loans in a prompt and courteous manner. All Planters Bank employees are required to: Be attentive to our customer needs with a welcoming personality. Possess a team oriented attitude with a desire to see success in themselves and others. Maintain a strict standard of confidentiality involving all transactions. Develop a working knowledge of all bank products.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Active Listening – giving full attention to what a customer is saying, understanding their needs, and asking related questions
- Time Management – working within a time frame to complete goals
- Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills
- Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report
- Fine Manipulation of Hands 85%
- Lifting 1% 5lbs
- Carrying 1% 5lbs
- Pushing/Pulling 1%
- Bending/Squatting 1%
- Reaching Overhead 1%

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University
