This role provides end-to-end technical ownership and accountability for enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms, including Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center. The engineer will lead the architecture, design, and execution of large-scale cloud migrations, transitioning from on-premise Cisco UC (CUCM, Unity, UCCX/UCCE) to cloud-based solutions. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining SIP gateways, Cisco CUBE SBCs, PSTN integrations, and E911 services. The position involves defining and enforcing enterprise standards, developing architecture diagrams and migration plans, and providing technical leadership and mentorship. The engineer will also lead contact center architecture and integrations, support AV and video collaboration, and own global call routing, resiliency, failover, DR, and capacity planning.
