About The Position

Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our personal lines business. Our Personal Lines Underwriters work hard to provide personalized solutions for our Brokers and customers. They use their industry knowledge to help price our Personal insurance products, ensuring we are making extremely calculated decisions on each risk we take - while keeping the customer experience top of mind. They love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that increasingly complex portfolios are serviced in accordance to established guidelines and business objectives. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.

Requirements

5+ years of Underwriting experience in property, casualty
Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation
Strong customer service background
Team-first mentality
