About The Position

Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for Canadian small businesses. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring, and development for less experienced underwriters.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in the property and casualty industry
Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation.
Strong customer service background
Team-first mentality

Nice To Haves

Small Business experience is a plus.
