About The Position

Performs a variety of sonographic examinations relating to high-risk OB patients, including Fetal Echo. Expectations also include assisting the radiologist and/or perinatologist during invasive procedures. Makes a clinical judgement of the patient's condition, based on information obtained from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound training program and is board eligible or RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in OB/GYN.
Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
2 years' experience as an ultrasound technologist.
1 year High-risk OB experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound.
Upon hire: Registry with the ARDMS in Adult and Fetal Echocardiography.
