About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer for a hybrid, 12+ month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Jersey City, NJ. The client is leading a Digital Transformation in their Americas Division and requires an experienced UI/UX Developer to support the design and development of a strategic data platform. This role is part of the Data Strategy team and will be involved in the active development of the data services UI, starting with a reference data system for securities and pricing data.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a specialist UI/UX Developer
- Proficiency with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related frameworks
- Integration experience with RESTful APIs and endpoints
- Good knowledge of JSON, XML, and SQL
- Strong team play, collaboration, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Design front-end layouts and enhance the user experience (UX)
- Implement visual and interactive elements
- Develop application features and fix bugs
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
