This role helps design, build, integrate, and sustain secure technical capabilities that support high-volume analysis and mission operations. Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-12 years of experience.
Expert in user experience design methodologies and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, and have a basic understanding of front-end development.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with system integration and database management
Relevant technical or project management certifications
Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Lead design for major systems and establish design systems and standards for consistent user experiences across applications.
User research, responsive design, and keeping up with the latest UI/UX trends and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create user-centric designs.
