About The Position

10Pearls is seeking a motivated, strategic, and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team. This role involves significant responsibilities in building best-in-class products. The designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define product vision and design innovative solutions for complex business problems. The position requires acting as the voice of the client and users, balancing business needs with user needs. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week onsite at the Tysons Corner office. The designer will be part of a global design team and contribute to a fast-growing company with a startup mentality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product (UX/UI) design.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams (onshore, nearshore, and offshore).
• Experience running discovery workshops and scoping UX/UI work with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of human-centered and strategic design methods, with ideas and prototypes grounded in research, technical requirements, and business goals.
• Strong experience building and using brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
• Experience designing custom software for web, iOS, and Android, from mobile to enterprise applications, and recommending buy versus build with clear tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with established and emerging AI capabilities and their interaction patterns, and experience using AI as a delivery support partner to accelerate insight and delivery.
• Clear communicator who can facilitate, write, and present to senior stakeholders.
• Self-directed with a drive to make things simpler and better for users.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design sessions with clients to understand their vision, business goals, and product requirements.
• Plan and run user research and usability testing, then use the findings to make the case for design-led improvements.
• Own design on engagements, from brainstorming and whiteboarding through intuitive, high-fidelity designs that meet brand standards and hand off cleanly to engineering.
• Design for established and emerging AI capabilities, and use AI as a delivery support partner to speed up insight and delivery.
• Present work and keep client and internal executive sponsors up to date, using process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specs.
• Mentor other designers and give clear, constructive feedback on their work.
• Occasionally support the Global Marketing team with concepts and graphics for corporate design work.
