About The Position

TikFinity's dashboard and mobile app are used by more than a million active creators. The product works, but the design has room for improvement. This role is about elevating the existing product's design to match its user numbers. The CPO, with a background in UI/UX, has high standards and provides detailed briefings for new features. The ideal candidate will take these briefings and design the complete feature, considering every view, state, and its integration with the rest of the product. This involves understanding the complex interdependencies within a mature product. The designer will work within a small team, hand off designs to the Product Owner and development team, and see their work implemented quickly.

Requirements

Several years of professional UI/UX design experience on SaaS applications (hard requirement).
Strong skills in both UX thinking (flows, states, information architecture) and UI craft (visual quality down to the pixel).
Experience designing web applications, ideally mobile apps as well.
Ability to hold a complex product in your head and understand its interdependencies.
Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping.
Independent working style: ability to think about the product without being prompted.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, streaming, or the creator space.
Motion and micro-interaction design experience.
German language skills.

Responsibilities

Design new features for TikFinity's web dashboard, mobile app, and agency portal, from the CPO's briefing to a developer-ready handoff.
Work out every view and state a feature needs, including those not explicitly briefed.
Rework existing screens where usability or visual quality falls short.
Build and maintain the Figma component library to ensure consistency between web and mobile.
Hand off designs to the Product Owner and developers for clear implementation.
Proactively identify areas for product improvement and challenge briefings when user experience demands it.
