About The Position

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer for a high-impact remote design role where you will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability testing. This role is ideal for an experienced designer passionate about crafting intuitive user journeys, improving product usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and/or mobile)
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
Experience with design systems and responsive design
Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights
Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Optimize user flows, accessibility, and overall product usability
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
