TSC is currently seeking a Senior UAS Integration Test Engineer with a focus in the testing of next-generation radar and electronic warfare (EW) solutions that integrate into a wide diversity of customer driven UAS platforms. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate evolving requirements, while collaborating across internal and external multidisciplinary integration teams. Additional responsibilities include coordination with range / test facilities as well as leading the generation and execution of the test procedures. This includes range safety, flight clearances, and training development for a product line throughout its different features at different levels of maturity. Support the defining, developing, and execution of integration, product, and flight test plans. Support all phases of product flight and ground tests from prototyping, V&V, Qualification, through transition to manufacturing. Collaborate within a multi-discipline team of systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to build complete solutions and products. Write safe, maintainable test procedures and training programs supporting product integration and test activities. Mentor junior engineers in UAS product integration and test planning principles. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with the following is required:
  • Development of standardized training programs for multiple UAS platforms.
  • Developing flight test plans
  • Risk assessment.
  • Flight reports.
  • Developing planning and executing comprehensive unit, subsystem, and system test cases.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communications skills.
  • Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the U.S. Military.
  • Experience with radar, and other electronic warfare equipment.
  • Experience with Python, Net, NI platforms.
