Requirements

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
10+ years experience in Tunnel and Pump Station Construction.
5+ years' experience in managing the entire project including direct client interface.
Project Manager for projects with construction costs exceeding $500 million USD including employee management of a diverse pool of professionals.
Extensive knowledge of Texas DOT standard specifications.
Some knowledge of AASHTOWare Project – Construction & Materials.
Extensive knowledge of budget management and risks for the client and AECOM.

Nice To Haves

Registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
15+ years' experience in Tunnel and Pump Station Construction.

Responsibilities

Directs and manages the entire project, provides guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as a primary liaison between AECOM and client.
Accountable for delivering all facets of the constructed project in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall management of construction project life cycle including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, facility start-up and operation, and contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
