Responsible for administering, servicing, and managing risk for assigned fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents, state statutes, U.S. Bank policies and procedures, and applicable corporate and regulatory compliance standards. This is a client-facing role in which high-quality client service, communication, and relationship support are critical to effective account administration and retention. Trust Officers engage directly with clients, beneficiaries, and internal partners to understand needs, resolve issues, support service delivery, and ensure accounts are administered with accuracy, sound judgment, and appropriate fiduciary oversight. This role may also include relationship management responsibilities and/or specialized product expertise in areas such as IRAs, charitable and philanthropic accounts, ILITs, estates, and other fiduciary solutions. Trust Officers often work as part of a team of experts, with responsibilities assigned based on account complexity and client needs, and must maintain a strong understanding of Wealth Management products and services to support meaningful client outcomes.
