Our client RibbitZ is looking for a Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney. This role focuses on high-stakes financial elder abuse cases and complex trust disputes. The successful candidate will manage litigation matters, supervise associates, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Requirements
- JD from accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership
- 8+ years Trust & Estate litigation experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Reputation for integrity and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Partial portable book of business preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in financial elder abuse litigation
- Handle complex trust and probate disputes
- Manage fiduciary litigation including fraud, undue influence, and breach of duty
- Supervise and mentor associates
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to practice development and business growth
