Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trust Associate in Philanthropic Services within the Banking, Lending and Trust division of Wealth Investment Management. This role involves supporting a team of fiduciary professionals in administering a portfolio of relationships in Philanthropic Services. Key responsibilities include implementing client estate plans and ensuring accounts are managed according to sound fiduciary principles and applicable law. The associate will develop a strong understanding of fiduciary concepts, trust accounting, and trust elements. They will execute client requests such as money movement, investment implementation, and ongoing account management, while also developing in-depth knowledge of Wells Fargo Trust systems and articulating its processes to internal partners. A thorough understanding of policies and procedures related to payments, account openings/closings, and asset transfers is required. The role demands high organizational skills, effective time and priority management, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines. Identifying fiduciary risks and proposing solutions is crucial. The associate will also seek involvement in infrastructure projects to enhance business operations, client service, and risk management within Wells Fargo Trust. Independent communication with internal partners regarding client accounts is expected.
