About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior TREX SMEE Integrator to join our team! In this role you will get to Provides technical support to the J39 within the Joint Planning Process (JPP) to identify, plan, coordinate, and manage Training and Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (SMEEs) and related information environment (IE) activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 13+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
• Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
• An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Synchronizes OIE-related objectives into bilateral and multilateral exercises and engagements to ensure alignment with CCMD campaign objectives and J39 priorities.
• Coordinating across staff directorates, components, interagency, and partner nations to develop and execute TREX/SMEE events; integrating OIE considerations into exercise design and planning documents; tracking associated actions and milestones; and ensuring activities are synchronized with operational timelines and authorities.
• Provides technical support across OIE functions to strengthen partner relationships, enhance partner nation technical and tactical IE capabilities, and improve U.S. and partner interoperability to operate effectively and cohesively in the information environment.
