They identify opportunities for cross-selling treasury and cash management solutions and leverage professional networks to expand business reach. The role involves leading complex deal closures with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution aligned with organizational goals and compliance. It also includes evaluating potential vulnerabilities and managing risks within client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while aligning service levels with business objectives. The Senior Treasury Sales Consultant oversees client implementation activities for timely delivery, providing feedback for internal process refinement and improved client experiences. They serve as a subject matter expert, delivering innovative treasury solutions to enhance client and internal operational efficiency. Additionally, they represent the organization at industry forums and community events, utilizing market insights and trends to reinforce the Bank’s brand and identify new business opportunities. The role executes on strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational excellence, and market-leading practices. They coordinate the management of databases, ensuring alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards. The consultant champions process optimization by spearheading large-scale workflow improvements and integrating best practices across treasury and payment operations to enhance operational efficiency. They build and maintain strong long-term relationships with the bank’s high-value and strategic clients, providing strategic advice on financial solutions and ensuring exceptional service and partnership. The role analyzes client and industry data to inform customized client solution strategies, including optimizing working capital management. They work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define products, solutions, and strategies that best fit clients’ needs and build advocacy and adoption of industry-leading NA TPS digital products & solutions. The consultant supports implementation activities, including documentation, pricing, and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and continuous process improvements. They ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance, mitigating risk and maintaining service standards. The role operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and serves as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders, applying expertise and creative thinking to address unique or ambiguous situations and find solutions to complex, non-routine problems, and implements changes in response to shifting trends.
