This role serves as a Treasury Analyst supporting the bank’s Asset/Liability Management (ALM) function by delivering critical financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights. The position is responsible for monitoring and reporting the bank’s balance sheet performance, including daily and weekly reporting and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) tracking. The analyst contributes to loan and deposit analytics, product profitability assessments, and strategic pricing initiatives presented to senior committees such as the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO). The role partners closely with Treasury leadership—including the Asset/Liability Manager, Loan and Deposit Pricing Manager, and Liquidity and Funding Manager—to provide analytical support and ensure informed decision-making. Responsibilities also include developing peer benchmarking analyses, enhancing financial models, and building scalable, automated data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy within Treasury operations. Additionally, the position ensures proper documentation of methodologies and assumptions in compliance with regulatory expectations for mid-sized banks. The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis experience, proficiency in data management and modeling, and a solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/FASB). Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
