About The Position

The Senior Treasury Analyst leads treasury analysis for KPC Health’s multi-hospital system, including cash and liquidity, forecasting, debt and investment support, payment monitoring, financial risk, and treasury reporting. The role applies AFP treasury practices to protect liquidity, strengthen controls, and support sound financial decisions. A core mandate is to automate and streamline treasury tasks and systems by replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven work with integrated, controlled processes. The analyst builds strong partnerships with banks and treasury vendors and works closely with Accounting, AP, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT, and operating leadership. This is an analytical treasury role, not a bank-administration or accounting role. Bank account opening and closing, signer and entitlement maintenance, know-your-customer administration, bank reconciliations, general-ledger accounting, and journal-entry preparation or posting remain with designated Accounting teams. The position has no direct reports, though it may direct or mentor Treasury Analysts. Bank platform access is limited to initiating transactions and uploading files; administration rights are not included. The role is on-site in Santa Ana and Corona, California, with regular travel between offices.
