About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our evolving Treasury team. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of cash management, cash forecasting, cash reporting, debt management, debt forecasting and working on special projects with cross-functional teams throughout Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial analysis, and a keen eye for detail. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cash and debt management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury workstations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Assist Treasury Supervisor with respect to daily Treasury requests (e.g. bank account access requests/resets, bank account requests, AP reversal requests, wire transfer template approvals, ad-hoc inquiries).
  • Prepare weekly cash forecast, including variance analysis to support financial planning and decision making.
  • Analyze cash flow movements to identify trends and variances to improve cash forecasting.
  • Maintain monthly debt roll forward and forward-looking debt service projections to support budgeting and external reporting.
  • Work closely with Acquisition Integration team to gain access to legacy bank accounts and submit documentation (e.g. KYC) to open new AmeriLife account(s).
  • Assist with closure of affiliate’s legacy bank accounts and transition to AmeriLife.
  • Work closely with Trovata representative to strengthen data integrity and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Finance to support business objectives and initiatives (e.g. accounts payable, acquisition integration, revenue).
  • Maintain checklists and documentation to substantiate compliance with internal controls pertaining to Treasury.
  • Act as Point of Contact for affiliates rolled-out on the new AR Customer Payment Platform (“AR POC SME”).
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiative and make recommendations to streamline and automate workflows.
