About The Position

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Treasury Analyst to lead our digital-first treasury priorities. In this role, you will be crucial in mitigating financial risks, serving as the primary architect for our AI-driven treasury solutions. Acting as a bridge between traditional finance and emerging technology, you will utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to automate routine tasks, optimize and provide high-fidelity, predictive insights across Core Treasury functions—including foreign exchange (FX), investments and debt management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field required (CTP or CFA designation or MBA is highly preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking. (MBA + 3 years experience acceptable)
Strong understanding of financial risk (foreign exchange, interest rates), investments and corporate liquidity.
Systems: Experience with major Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, GTreasury) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Technical Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
Innovation Mindset: A demonstrated passion for continuous improvement, automation, and staying ahead of fintech trends.

Nice To Haves

AI/Data Acumen: Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to financial data.
Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot) for financial analysis and coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Risk Management - Foreign Currency (FX) & Interest Rate Strategy
Exposure Management: Identify, measure, and analyze the company's global foreign currency exposures across the balance sheet and cash flows.
Trade Execution & Strategy: Execute FX trades (spot, forwards, swaps, and options) in compliance with risk management policies.
FX Hedging Co-pilot: Utilize AI-powered platforms to monitor global currency exposures, analyze live market volatility, and monitor geopolitical alerts to recommend optimal trade timing and automated hedging strategies.
Sentiment Analysis: Leverage AI tools to monitor news and central bank activity, anticipating macroeconomic trends, FX fluctuations, or interest rate shifts.
Compliance: Partner with accounting to ensure proper hedge accounting documentation and compliance (e.g., ASC 815).
Assist in optimizing the company's capital structure and evaluating short-term investment opportunities.
Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies.
AI Integration & Advanced Analytics
AI Forecasting: Use machine learning to build highly accurate cash flow forecasts.
Process Automation: Automate manual treasury tasks across FX and Investments, using AI to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
Fraud Prevention: Apply AI tools to monitor payments and stop fraudulent transactions.
Data Insights: Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable reports for leadership using AI.
