Requirements

3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment
Project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree
Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations
Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale implementations
Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
Work creatively with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
