This role is for a Senior Transportation Principal Project Manager to join the dynamic and fast-growing Mobility team in Louisiana. It is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with remote work and in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will partner with seasoned transportation professionals, delivering high-impact projects for diverse clients and funding sources. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with Arcadis teams outside Louisiana, broadening networks, building client relationships, and developing new business while overseeing the successful delivery of marquee transportation projects.

Requirements

20+ years of progressive highway design or project management experience, with deep expertise in LADOTD standards and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Guide all phases of complex projects, setting direction, ensuring alignment, and driving results across multi-disciplinary teams.

Develop project scopes and budgets, interface with clients, and build robust project plans and schedules that drive success.
