About The Position

SCx is seeking an experienced Senior Transition Planner to support the planning and execution of a healthcare facility transition, relocation, and activation program in Gainesville, Florida. The Senior Transition Planner will help coordinate occupancy milestones, departmental moves, readiness activities, relocation sequencing, activation, and post-occupancy support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of transition-planning and relocation experience on multiphase healthcare projects.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with advance planning
• Experience with occupancy milestones
• Experience with implementation planning
• Experience with move sequencing
• Experience with departmental move plans
• Experience with readiness planning
• Experience with relocation execution
• Experience with activation
• Experience with post-occupancy support
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to support the project in Gainesville, Florida.
• Ability to meet applicable VA background investigation, PIV, training, and facility-access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transition and relocation plans.
• Coordinate advance planning activities.
• Develop move sequencing and departmental move plans.
• Coordinate occupancy milestones and readiness requirements.
• Support implementation planning.
• Coordinate relocation execution activities.
• Work with healthcare departments and stakeholders to prepare for moves.
• Identify transition risks, dependencies, and schedule conflicts.
• Support activation and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate with project management, design, logistics, and facility stakeholders.
• Support post-occupancy activities and issue resolution.
• Maintain transition documentation, schedules, and status reports.
