As a Senior Training Specialist, you will be the "voice of Celigo" for our customers. You will lead the delivery of our flagship Liftoff live training program while taking a lead role in its operational management. This is the perfect role for a master facilitator who is ready to move beyond just "teaching" and wants to help manage and evolve a high-impact enablement program.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in technical training, instructional design, or enablement, preferably within the SaaS or iPaaS space.
  • You have a proven track record of keeping virtual audiences engaged for 60-90 minutes at a time.
  • You can take a concept like "API Orchestration" and make it make sense to a beginner, while still holding your own with a developer.
  • You have a natural "Program Management" brain. You enjoy organization, process improvement, and finding ways to make recurring tasks more efficient.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to "own" a program and take it off the hands of leadership, treating it as your own business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Live Facilitation: Own the classroom. You will lead interactive, high-energy, instructor-led sessions that simplify complex technical workflows into actionable steps for our customers.
  • Program Lifecycle Management: You won't just follow a schedule; you’ll help build it. You will oversee the logistics of the Liftoff program, including scheduling, enrollment strategy, and resource management.
  • Content Modernization: Partner with Product SMEs to ensure our training materials (decks, labs, and guides) stay ahead of our rapid release cycles.
  • Optimize the Learner Journey: Analyze participant feedback and survey data to identify gaps in the training experience and propose creative solutions to improve adoption.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the Enablement team and Customer Success to ensure our training aligns with the real-world challenges our customers face.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the "engine" of the program working with our LMS Administrator, tracking certifications, and ensuring every learner has a seamless experience from registration to completion.
