  • Provide EHS support to Redwood's R&D power electronics development team, including lab and prototype safety reviews, electrical safety practices, and hazard assessments for engineering builds.
  • Support field service and maintenance teams with EHS guidance for on-site and field work, including lockout/tag-out, work on energized equipment, and site-specific hazard controls.
  • Maintain the EHS training matrix and learning management system records tied to Pack Manager assembly, R&D power electronics, and field service roles so required training and certifications remain audit-ready, and report completion and certification metrics to leadership.

  • Develop and deliver relevant training to Energy Services team members including, LOTO, Electrical Safety, forklift operations, etc.
