Position Summary Designs, develops, and delivers Career and Leadership training programs and initiatives by assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Applies instructional design expertise and training delivery skills to enhance employee knowledge and skills, support professional development, and contribute to organizational learning.

Requirements

3-5 years Learning and Performance work experience
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Workshop Facilitation and Content Creation.
Healthcare Industry knowledge tied to these programs is preferred.
LMS management and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Designs training simulations, interactive learning experiences, and measurement strategies to support performance objectives and enhance training effectiveness.
Under general supervision, manages assigned training projects using project management concepts to meet milestones and project timelines.
Examines and updates training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's learning and development strategies.
Identifies opportunities to advance by maintaining knowledge of current trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies.
Implements solution implementation utilizing the Management System and production tools to track project plan and program data.
Communicates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other business partners to analyze training needs and design and develop learning strategies from conception to delivery.
Communicates the training plan to include project budget and project plan while working with business partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are consistently met.
Conducts quality reviews to ensure the program meets quality and design standards and to ensure solutions function in targeted key technological architecture.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within the instructional design and development function.
Presents, facilitates and/or trains respective programs as needed.
May training other curriculum within the Healthcare space, as needed, to support the broader organization.
