About The Position

The Senior Trainer is responsible for ensuring the qualitative and efficient functionality of Evolution Academy Trainers. This role requires a responsible, flexible, and open-minded individual who can lead and develop current trainers, work with statistical data to provide reports, and coordinate projects within Evolution Academy. The Senior Trainer will also be responsible for creating trainer work schedules, monitoring their performance, and maintaining high results by analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements. Driving team results to meet EA KPI targets, preparing and updating training materials, and informing the Head of Department about any software or hardware issues are also key aspects of this role. The Senior Trainer must ensure trainees learn the correct skills for each game, assist in the development of the training and recruitment program, and stay informed about all procedural changes, assessing and reporting their impact on the training program. Reporting sickness and schedule changes to the manager, attending meetings and re-trainings, and taking responsibility for finishing duties inside and outside of working hours are also expected. Finally, the Senior Trainer must report any team member failures to meet company standards, procedures, or legal requirements, and ensure trainees follow all procedural, legal, and disciplinary procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience on Trainers position is an advantage but not required
• Previous experience as a Game Presenter preferred
• Knowledge of all game types offered

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop current Trainers
• Work with Statistical data and provide different kind of reports
• Coordinate, develop and contribute to projects in Evolution Academy
• Create trainers work schedule and monitor their job
• Maintain high results by analysing and resolving quality and service issues, identify trends and recommending system improvements
• Drive team results to meet EA KPI targets
• Prepare and update the training material/sessions and take full responsibility
• Inform the correct people, and the Head of Department, about any software or hardware issues
• Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
• Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program
• Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the Training program to your manager
• Report to your manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule
• Attend meetings, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary
• Take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours
• Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements
• Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
• Follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business
