Marex is seeking a Trade Support Team Lead who will be a Senior member of the team who supports the Trade Support Supervisor in managing the Chicago desk whose responsibilities include providing 1st/2nd level support to all Front Office, real-time trading and market data systems. This role is responsible for managing user and account setups, change/addition/deletion requests, Portfolio setups, market data reporting, exchange connections, exchange access setups, assisting in audit reporting, trouble shooting and anything additional that may arise and is required. A Trading Systems Support Analyst is the hands-on and first connection between clients, brokers, and Marex for all trading needs. Marex has unique access across markets with significant share globally both on and off exchange. The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights, and analytics
