Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of their total rewards programs. This role involves partnering with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure programs are accurate, compliant, and employee-centered. The analyst will provide support for annual compensation planning, job architecture, market benchmarking, pay and equity programs, benefits administration, open enrollment, wellness programs, leave administration, reporting, and executive compensation materials. The goal is to ensure Travere's rewards programs are competitive, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs, ultimately enhancing the employee experience.
