The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, within the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization, is seeking a Senior Threat Intelligence (TI) Manager. This role will lead a team of threat intelligence analysts responsible for creating and delivering threat intelligence content to customers. The manager will collaborate with internal Microsoft stakeholders, including Engineering and the Detection and Response Team (DART), to produce finished intelligence reports. These reports will contain timely and relevant information, presenting highly technical research and threat data to diverse customer audiences across various industries globally. The intelligence provided will support the use of Microsoft security products in both proactive and reactive incident response scenarios. This position requires extensive cross-team and cross-geographical collaboration.
