The Senior Third Party Market Conduct and Operations Specialist will carry out operational tasks that enable efficient onboarding and commission processing. As a senior resource, they are the subject matter expert on market conduct and operational processes and will provide guidance to individuals within the department. They will also liaise with business partners, MGAs/AGAs and vendors to ensure processes align across multiple workstreams.
