About The Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Program Manager to establish and lead a cross-functional program governing third-party firmware incorporated into HPE products and solutions. The role will build an operating model to ensure supplier-developed firmware is identifiable, secure, supportable, traceable, and managed throughout its lifecycle—from product and supplier selection through deployment, vulnerability management, sustaining, and end of support. The program spans third-party technologies including power and cooling infrastructure, CDUs, RDHXs, ARCS/MCS, PDUs, power shelves, inverters, SSDs, memory, and other supplier-provided devices containing field-upgradable firmware. The position works across engineering, product security, supply chain, procurement, quality, services, product management, and suppliers, driving governance, lifecycle processes, supplier accountability, risk management, and executive decisions. This is a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week in an HPE office. The position is listed in the Engineering job category at level TCP_04.
