The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a critical role in Bristol Myers Squibb's unique customer model, aimed at delivering impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs) and driving the adoption of BMS medicines for appropriate patients. The primary function of the TAS is to generate demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines within their assigned territory. This involves engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through in-depth scientific dialogue consistent with product labels, leveraging new ways of working and advanced digital tools. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum. The TAS collaborates with other BMS functions to enhance the overall Customer Experience by addressing HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This position prioritizes the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and exemplifying BMS values. The TAS role is field-based, requiring significant time spent interacting with external customers.
